(i) If y−coordinate of a point is zero, then the point lies on X−axis.

So C(23,0),F(−6,0) and G(3,0) lies on X−axis.

(ii) If x−coordinate of a point is zero, then the point lies on Y−axis.

So A(0,2),D(0,23) and E(0,−4) lies on Y−axis.
