Divine Rights of Kingship is the correct answer.

The Puritans were a Protestant sect in England which wanted the purification of English Catholic Church. They were against the traditional practices and rituals of the English Catholic Church. They had majority in Parliament and thus were against the Divine Rights of Kings- the theory which proclaims the King as representative of God on earth or a ruler chosen by God.

We see in 17th century the kings like James I and Charles I claimed Divine Rights of Kingship, the Puritans consistently opposed the same which resulted an intense clash between them. The Puritans faced a rigorous persecution and were forced to migrate to New Land.
