My pull ups story
So i hated pullups a lot because sometime back i was fat and it seemed impossible to pull myself up ever, then i reduced my weight i was skinny with a bit of muscle and i got to know pullups are way too important for V tapper and for a good back basically. So i thought lets give it a try maybe i can do it easily now as i am skinny and bit muscular and i can do a lot of pushups too.
So i did go to a very quiet place near my house around 2 months back with a good energy that i can do pull ups and when i hanged on the pullup bar tried to pull myself up i realized it ain't gonna happen this requires a hella more upper body strength, i could barely do 1–2 with very poor form, so i got back home feeling pathetic but i decided i am gonna go to same exact place twice thrice a week atleast.
And first thing happened in first 2-3 sessions i started noticing my form is becoming perfect with even only 1-2 pullups then every week it was increasing it became 3-4 then after sometime 4-5 then i remained at 4-5 for a bit of time, then around after a month from the day i started i could do 5-6 with good form. Also i was doing all these reps in atleast of 5 sets.
Here is my quiet good place where i learned to love pullups.
