The compound among these that has the correct chemical formula is BiPO4. Bismuth ortho phosphate. The other compounds do not have the valencies of all the elements fulfilled. The others should be CaCl2 that is calcium chloride, Na2SO4 that is sodium sulphate and Na2S that is sodium sulphide.
