The Indian constitution is a written document, And the government follows the guidelines to rule the country properly and smoothly.
Constitution safeguards the misuse of power by any political leader. it also safeguards the interest of minorities.

The rights available in Indian constitution are known as :
Fundamental rights
Some rights which are fundamental to our life are given a special status, They are called fundamental rights .There are six fundamental rights, They are :-
⏩Right to freedom :This right shows that every person is equal before the law irrespective of caste ,creed, culture, religion. It means that every citizen from the prime minister to a small farmer in a village is subjected the same law.
⏩Right to Freedom : Freedom of speech and expression is one of the most essential pillars of any democracy . This shows that people have the right to express their views,opinions and expressions.
⏩Right against exploitation :It shows that every citizen has a right not to be exploited, yet it's necessary to prevent exploitation of the weaker sections of the society.
⏩Right to freedom of religion :This means that every citizen has the right to choose their religion they wish to. No one can force them to follow a particular religion.
⏩Cultural and educational rights :Everyone has the right to get educated and be cultured. this shows that any section of citizens with a distinct language or culture have a right to conserve it.
