No it's not in Arithmetic Progression as

A1=1

A2=3

A3=6

A4=10

Ap is the one where the common difference is same but here when we do

A2-A1= 3-1 = 2

A3-A2=6-3=3

First case the common difference was 2 and in 2 nd case it is 3.

So it's not in AP.
