Which of the following sets are Pythagorean triplets? Give reasons for your answers.
a. 11, 22, 33
b. 30, 40, 50

a. Let's check ,if

 {11}^{2}  +  {22}^{2}  =  {33}^{2}

11 squared is 121, 22 square is 484 and 33 squared is 1089.

so 121+484 does not equal to 1089.

Hence a is wrong.

b.same let's check for 30,40 and 50.

we will see that it's just a multiple of 3,4 and 5 which is a pythagorean triplet.

So option b is correct.

c. Now for 9,40,41.

 {9}^{2}  = 81

 {40}^{2}  = 1600

 {41}^{2}  = 1681

Then, 9 squared + 40 squared = 81+1600

which is equal to 41 squared.

Hence option c is also correct.

So option b and c are pythagorean triplets.
