Geometrical Isomerism:

A molecule which contain double bounded carbon can exhibit the geometrical isomerism. In this isomerism, the formation of bond by double bonded carbon with the other atoms form the groups and satisfy the tetra-valency.

Among the given compounds, only CHCl=CHCl shows the geometrical isomerism and is also of cis-trans isomerism.

The other two compounds CH_{2}=CCl_{2} and CCl_{2}=CHCl have the identical atoms on same side of double bond. Hence they doesn’t show cis-trans isomerism.
