Plasmodium is a multiple fission mode of asexual reproduction in various species. During cell division, a number of fissions take place leading to cell division and into multiple daughter nuclei of similar size. The separation of a small portion of cytoplasm is also done by each of the nuclei that are separated during the cell division.

Hydra, Yeast and spirogyra are not an example of multiple fission because budding in yeast is no doubt a multiple fission process but yeast as a whole is not an example of multiple fission.

So option (D) i.e. plasmodium is the correct answer to the above question.
