sodium chloride will have more osmotic pressure because for every single mole of sodium chloride one mole of sodium and one mole of chloride ion is produced for which van't Hoff factor become greater than 1 and observed osmotic pressure will be greater in this case and while in case of urea which do not dissociate or a ionizes in aqueous vento factor will remain equal to 1 and hence will have less osmotic pressure
