(a) pH of lemon juice is less than 7 as it is acid (it contains citric acid) .

(b) pH of Sulphuric acid (H₂SO₄) is less than 7.  Acid word is also used so it is obvious that it will have pH less than 7.

(c) pH of nitric acid (HNO₃) is less than 7. Acid word is also used so it is obvious that it will have pH less than 7.

(d) It is a salt. So it is neither acid nor base.
