Solution:

Rational number are of form p/q

where p and  q are integers and  q ≠ 0

Example : 2/3  , 5/7

which are fraction  hence Fraction are rational number

if q = 1  

then 2 , 4 , 5 , 7   hence Integer are rational numbers

Both fraction and integers are rational number.
