1)Information regarding the sequence of nucleotides in the chain of a nucleic acid is called its primary structure. The nucleotides in a DNA are connected by phosphodiester bond.

2) In secondary structure adenine forms two hydrogen bonds with thymine and guanine forms three hydrogen bonds with cytosine.

3) RNA are of three types a) ribosomal RNA,rRNA

                                           c) transfer RNA, tRNA
