The first two statements are correct.
There is almost no work in rural areas, these are more found in cities, because that’s where companies settle. In rural areas, ground is often owned by big farming companies and there’s often no school and less people, therefore the work is in cities.
The disguised unemployment is also perennial in the agricultural sector, this has been going on for a very long time, perennial means lasting a very long time, or happening repeatedly or all the time.
