Solution,

We know that 1 hour = 60 minute = 3600 seconds.

1km=1000m.

Let's convert all 3 speeds in Km/hour.

25 m /second. means total 25×3600 m  in 3600 seconds,which is equal to 90000 m / hours .Again  to 90000 m / hour = 90Km/ hour .

1500m /min , means total 1500×60=90000 m /60 minutes means 90km/hour.

The third one is given 90km/hour .

So those  3 options have the same speed.

Hence,  All of the trains have same speed.
