Question , to solve , -5 -4r + 3

Solution ,

Subtract 3 from both sides ,

= - 5 - 3 ≤ -4r + 3 - 3

= -8 ≤ -4r

Divide by 4 on both sides ,

= -2 ≤ -r

When we multiply ( or divide) by negative number the sign of inequality changes ,

EG , 2 < 3 but , -2 > -3

So , multiply by -1 , both sides ,

= 2 ≥ r

=> r ≤ 2

Therefore , correct answers are ,

Therefore , correct answers are ,a) -5 and b) 0.
