- Under this, the President can withhold his assent altogether .
- It mean that he/she can refuse to give assent.

- Under this veto the executive veto can be overridden by an extraordinary or we can say special majority.

Option C :- Qualified veto
- This is the Power which is not exercised by the President of India and also it not garanted to the President.
- This type of veto power is exercised by President of America also all type of veto powers are are garanted to Persident of America.
- In this Presedent should pass the bill given by Parliament within 10 days. If President fails then Parliament does not approve this also it rejected by the higher authority's.
