POLAND was not in the USA block.

There were two blocks after second world war during Cold war. Cold war was not a direct war but the war with different agendas.

This war was between USSR and US. This war didn't cause to first world countries and second world countries but it affected the countries like Afghanistan etc. As, in this period many terrorist groups like Taliban were formed.

This war also gave a huge competition among US and USSR in respective of Arms, science , space etc. Yuri Gagarin and sputnik 1 were from USSR While Neil Arm Strong went to moon who is from US. In this way the cold war happened.
