Since the options are not given, I am giving a general answer about what are not covered in a renter's insurance agreement.
The things that are not covered in a renter's insurance agreement are -
1. Damage due to natural disasters.
2. Damage caused by you or a person in the home, accidents and injuries included.
3 Expensive items possessed by the renter.
4. Any item without a document like the purchase receipts, etc.
5. The belongings of a room-mate. The room-mate will have to get a separate insurance policy for themselves.
Most of the owners are likely to claim the damages caused by natural disasters or due to accidents but not the renters.
