B: Obv there would be increase in liquid but i am not confirmed about gas and solid Cause if ice berg will melt so it wont be solid anymore.

D: Im more towards D cause If ice berg will melt there would be increase in water and it would be ice cold....we cannot say that frozen Water.....but i think "frozen" is use to describe Ice cold water.......Nvm this is just my assumption :) I hope it helps
