Right ventricle is with thickest wall. This is because the blood is to be circulated in lungs and is to bring back from lungs.

The human heart is made up of four chambers. There are two superior atria and two inferior ventricles. The heart chamber that has the thickest muscle wall is the left ventricle. The left ventricle is responsible for pumping the blood around the heart and so it needs to have a strong muscle wall.
