The three parallel ranges of the Himalayas are: -

1:-Himadri (Great or Inner Himalayas) :-

The Great Himalayas or Greater Himalayas is the highest mountain range of the Himalayan Range System. This range is separated from Trans Himalaya mountain range by the Main Central Thrust Fault.

It is the most continuous range.

2:-Himachal (Lesser Himalayas) :-

The Mahabharata Range (Nepali: महाभारत श्रृंखला mahābhārat shrinkhalā) – also called the Lesser Himalaya or the "Himachal"– is a major east-west mountain range with elevations 3,700 to 4,500 m (12,000 to 14,500 feet) along the crest, paralleling the much higher Great Himalaya range from the Indus River in Pakistan.

It lies to the south of Himadri and forms the most rugged mountain system.

3:-Shiwaliks (Outer Himalayas) :-

The Siwalik Hills, also known as Churia Hills, are a mountain range of the outer Himalayas that stretches from the Indus River about 2,400 km eastwards close to the Brahmaputra River, through parts of both Nepal and India. It is 10–50 km wide with an average altitude of 1,500–2,000 m.

This is the outermost range of the Himalayas.
