The inner planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars.
Mars doesn't have much of an atmosphere so the winds there are not likely to be overly strong.
Venus has a very dense atmosphere, which gives the potential for the greatest pressure gradient and therefore will have average stronger winds than Earth.
