F- would have a larger size.

Atoms gain electrons to form anions. Here, in the case of Fluorine, the atom has gained an electron to form a total of 10 electrons. The nucleus still has 9 protons and thus the effective nuclear charge will not be the same for all the electrons. This leads to the loose bounding of electrons to the nucleus and thus, anions have a bigger size compared to the neutral atom.
