We know that if a and b be the roots of any quadratic equation, then the required equation be

(x - a) (x - b) = 0

⇒ x² - (a + b) x + ab = 0

The roots are 3 and 5 for the required quadratic equation and hence the required equation be

x² - (3 + 5) x + (3 * 5) = 0

⇒ x² - 8x + 15 = 0
