n=2 means the 2nd shell so it can accommodate S and P orbitals. so n is permissible
here l can be 0 or 2 so l is permissible
m=2l+1 so m can be 2 also so it is permissible
and s can -1*2 or +1*2 so all quantum numbers are permissible.
