So as per the triangles law of vector addition,

c=a+b

or

a+b-c=0

Now in the given options, only option b satisfies this condition

let a=2,b=3,c=5

then

2+3-5=0

It is only possible if the sum of two vector is equal to third one and opposite to each other .so it is b
