Gujarat is the one state which remains dry even in monsoon.

Explanation:

Due to the Aravalli range, Gujarat will not get sufficient rainfall in both the monsoon. The lands will be dry even in monsoon seasons. There are two monsoon season which provides rainfall to entire India.

They are North-East Monsoon and South-West monsoon. As the name indicates the North-East covers the major part of northern and eastern India. South-west covers southern and western India.
