Diffusion of copper sulphate in water diffuses at slower rate because DIFFUSION in air is faster than liquid.
In gas spaces between the particles are large as compared to liquid so gases diffuses faster and liquid diffuses slower

Copper sulphate diffuses slower as compared to bromine vapour in air because the rate of diffusion is faster in gases than in liquids.
