Element Z of atomic number which is Sulphur is more reactive than Element X which is Argon.
Because Argon is inert gas which donot reacts with other atoms. But Sulphur is active which wants to attain its octet in its valence shell.

Element having Z will be more reactive. As element has X has atomic no. 18 ...its configuration is 2,8,8 It become a noble gas. And we know that nobles gases are not reactive and stable in nature. Therefore element Z is more reactive than element X.
