Sodium Ion(Na+) is more reactive. Moreover, Na(Sodium) isn't even reactive because this smybol shows that Sodium is in octet configuration and is stable. Hence, it is reactive and will lose 1 electron to become stable. Since, it's outermost shell is full, it has attained stable configuration.
