Improving ones ability to clear a difficult book/passage you could start by finding the organization pattern.

This may be more difficult than reality.

There are few ways that writers can select to arrange their work and company depends much on the topic.

Spatial Organization will be a good type of pattern for real estate professionals to use when explaining property.

Again, if you need to explain the events that led up to certain event in history your most likely organization pattern would be sequential.

Chronological refers to order that things happen on time.

You could explain the legislation that set stage for a definite event followed by public feedback to that legislation and followed again by social conditions that changed because of previous events.

A pattern should explain the step by step process of a system or essay. In an essay, the pattern includes plots and the way in which story unfolds.

All the essays will not have a same pattern because the pattern changes according to the genre or journal. It also changes according to the author.

But in an essay, the information should be revealed in a particular order till the end.
