Cool sea streams spill out of Northern Polar district up to Antarctica. Chilly streams stream toward the equator on the eastern side of sea bowls. Cases of cool sea streams incorporate the Canary Current in the North Atlantic, the California Current in the North Pacific, and the Benguela Current in the South Atlantic.

From what I have learned it’s the Antarctic Circumpolar Current but sometimes people also call it as Wind drift or Cold ocean currents
I know it doesn’t sound like it’s a good answer but I hope it helps :)
