here is ur answer....

Give 5 back blows. Stand to the side and just behind a choking adult. For a child, kneel down behind. Place one arm across the person's chest for support. Bend the person over at the waist so that the upper body is parallel with the ground. Deliver five separate back blows between the person's shoulder blades with the heel of your hand.Give 5 abdominal thrusts. Perform five abdominal thrusts (also known as the Heimlich maneuver).Alternate between 5 blows and 5 thrusts until the blockage is dislodged

Choking means sudden blockage of airway's because of foreign object getting  struck in our  wind pipe which blocks the flow of air.

This results in breathlessness.

If chocking occurs follow these steps :

Step 1:

If it is a mild chocking encourage the person to cough to clear the blockage.

If coughing does not works the first aid which should be tried is:

Step 2:

Five sharp Back Blows :

  • Ask the person to bend forward
  • Then use the heel of our hand to give up to five sharp back blows between their shoulder blades .

If Black blows does not work

Step 3:

Give Five abdominal thrusts.

  • Stand behind the person who is choking .
  • Place your arms around their waist and bend them forward.
  • Clench 1 fist and place it right above their belly button.
  • Put the other hand on top of your fist and pull sharply inwards and upwards.
  • repeat the same steps 4 more times

Step 4 :

If still choking continues call for medical help.
