I have not yet seen the passage but can develop a small article on the state of war in different states from the general view of the society .
War is very harmful and cannot be used to determine the destiny of a conflict .There are so m any other means of conflict resolution that in them people for better satisfaction than in war .The after math of war is usually immense and horrible in a way that even lives may be lost.
