Explanation:

Hydroxyl group and chlorine both are functional groups.

As we know , while doing nomenclature of compounds priority is given to hydoroxyl group as compared to the chlorine atom.

Therefore in heptane sturcture hydroxyl group will be written first followed by the chlorine atom
