Protein is very essential nutrient to human body in numerous ways. Protein taken is used in the body during  metabolism to make vital cells such as sperm cell which important in reproduction. Either ,protein also is used in healing or replacing worn out tissues in the human body. Protein  does not take part in metabolic activities such as provision of energy and even strengthening of bones .
