Given,

The given main fractions are = 3/4, 4/5, 2/3, 7/11

To find,

The smallest fraction among the given set of fractions.

Solution,

We can simply solve this mathematical problem by using the following mathematical process.

The LCM of the denominators :

LCM of (4,5,3,11)

= 660

Now, we have to rewrite all the fractions in such a way that the denominators of every fraction becomes equal to the LCM.

First fraction = (3×165)/(4×165) = 495/660

Second fraction = (4×132)/(5×132) = 528/660

Third fraction = (2×220)/(3×220) = 440/660

Fourth fraction = (7×60)/(11×60) = 420/660

From the above mentioned values, we can conclude that the 7/11 is the smallest.

Hence, the smallest fraction is 7/11

HELLO DEAR,

GIVEV:- 3/4 , 4/5 , 2/3 , 7/11 .

To find smallest fraction .

SOLUTION:-

To get the comparative value of the all above fraction ,first find the LCM of denominator of all fraction and change it into like fraction.

The denominator are 4,5,3,11.

4= 2×2

5= 5

3= 3

11= 11

__________

LCM = 2×2×3×5×11

= 660.

Then , (3/4)× 660= 495

(4/5)× 660 = 528

(2/3)× 660= 440

( 7/11)× 660 = 420

495/660 , 528/660 , 440/660, 420/660.

If denomination is same , then numerator is smaller than that fraction is smaller.

Amonge above 420/660 is smaller .

Therefore, 7/11 is smaller fraction.

I HOPE IT'S HELP YOU DEAR,

THANKS.
