The correct option is A .

EXPLANATION :

We need to press Ctrl ( Control key ) + A together if we want to select all the cells in the document .

This feature is different in MS Word where we need to press Ctrl + A in order to select the entire document .

We have another feature in MS Excel to select all the cells . There is a button in the left hand side top corner for selecting all the cells .

MS Excel has both rows and columns and the rectangular boxes that are made by the rows and columns are referred to as cells .

Each cell can be selected by right clicking it . We can edit or format data inside the cell if we want to .

MS Excel also allows us to create charts and tables in order to give data an attractive appearance .

It also allows the data to be viewed graphically . MS Excel is also used for tabulating data apart from storage .

There are three worksheets in default but we can create more worksheets if we want to by pressing the button next to the worksheets option .
