Accurate refers to details which are correct and valid.

Precise is the synonym to accurate and exact which is marked by accuracy and exactness of detail and expression.

Exact being the synonym of above two refers to something which is not approximated.

Only refers to something which of its own kind and solo in nature.

Therefore, the word which is the odd one out is 'only.'

The odd one out amongst the above mentioned words is ‘only’.

The three words, ‘accurate’, ‘precise’ and ‘exact’ refer to specific details with correctness and unambiguous information.

However, in case of the word ‘only’, it no doubt means some degree of specification to a thing or person, but it does not emphasize on the accuracy or correctness of the description.

Apart from that, the word only ‘only’ may vary in meaning depending upon it usage.
