Freedom of expression (inside or outside workplace) , and right to hold positions at higher level of professional hierarchy (inside or outside workplace), say becoming a president of the resident welfare society, right to own my part of property or wealth after the death of a relative (outside work).

These positions may involve participation of both male and female, but gender stereotyping may not allow the female members equal chances. Even in case of social unrest the governing party may not allow the election through a fair chance such as voting, or selection by using a fair method, such as examinations
