Which one evaporates faster methanol or ethanol?

the reason is because alcohol evaporates quickly is that its state at room temp depends a lot on the london dispersion force which depends greatly on the mass of the molecule. since methanol is the lightest and smallest, the LDF is smaller... thus methanol evaporates faster among the both.
