The first “which” is an intorregative adjective because there's a noun after it “one" just like you say “which car" or “ which boy". The second “which” is itself the subject of the sentence or the question. From answering these questions you will know how they behave,so you can say 1) This car is better. If “one" is a car 2) My car is better, if you are comparing two cars.
