Converting them into Composts is a better option because as far as burning the dry leaves is concerned it would cause pollution which may harm the nature and even help to prepare manure for plants, thus making the soil more fertile

Coverting them into compost will be a better option due to two main reasons :
1.) It will not contribute in creation of pollution and
2.) It will also help in gardening as after 3-4 months we will get manure by its decomposition which is beneficial for plants.
