Formic acid is more acidic because it's pH is higher than the pH of acetic acid...

hey dude here is ur answer

formic acid is more acidic than acitic acid bcz

HCOOH (formic acid)

CH3COOH (acetic acid)

in formic acid conjugate base (HCOO-)

there is ERS with no I effect bt in (CH3COO-) there is I effect of -CH3 group so which makes it less acidic so formic acid is more acidid than acetic acid
