ANSWER = K.c.sinha is a good book but personally i feel that it is not result oriented. Where as the mathematics for iit jee by g. tewani(cengage publication)is a superb book and is result oriented. you will get varieties of questions including past papers of jee and questions similar to taught in top Coachings in kota.

I THINK R D SHARMA IS BETTER THAN THE OTHER TWO FOR IIT JEE PREPARATION

BUT IT MAY ALSO DEPEND ON YOUR WAY OF LEARNING
