Lysine is only one of 20 amino acids found on Earth although technically any molecule that consists an acidic group and an amino group is an “amino acid” that has an amino group in “R” chain.  

No one has secondary amino groups and the way it's used in organic chemistry where nitrogen atom is bonded with two carbon atoms.  

All of alpha-amino groups of amino acids shows examples of primary amines.
