In chlorine and flourine,Fluorine should have High EN but Cl has hgh EN than fluorine because of small size of flourine and there is very high electronic repulsion among the electrons of flourine.This makes incoming of another electron not very favourable.

In Sulphur and oxygen,Sulphur has high EN than Oxygen because of Larger size and lower electron density,So correct order is:-

O<S<F<Cl
