2. The second challenge was to actual establishment of democracy. The constitution of India built on the pillars of democracy, then it was so difficult to actual adoption of democracy by the people.

3. The third challenge was to provide proper development and well being to each and every citizen of the country. Since the constitution gave the equal rights to every citizen so there should not be any kind of discrimination with minorities, women and children.
