(A) Burning of wax is a chemical change
This is because wax melts (option B) when heated, however hardens upon cooling. Hence the properties of the wax remain the same and no new substance is formed. So option B is a physical change

However, when wax burns it forms both ash and smoke...hence new substances are formed and the property of wax changes , so it is a chemical change.

Hope it helps
